Most low cut "speed" type boots are built on a man's shoe last. This means they are wider than a woman's built boot. Typically you will order one size smaller in a man's size, however, it's not always that easy to get a good fit.

That's why we recommend the boots that have the ability to lace all the way to the end of the toe area. This lets women lace their skates tighter in an area that really needs it!
